I feel faaaat. I feel like I’m getting fatter. I’ve decided to wear leggings to work instead of jeans bc I can move easier (bathing clients) but man, they sit “over the tummy” not hanging “under the gut” like my jeans did, and boy is it an incentive to lose the bulge. I’ve been researching low carb high protein snacks and ended up looking at bars… what they don’t tell you about eating “high protein” is that it’s high fat too. Nuts, I’m loving nuts at the moment, but I know they’re high fat. But I guess it’s the “healthy fat” right. Short of living on free foods, there’s always a trade off. Low carb, high protein, high fat. Low fat, low protein, high carb. Blah blah. What I’m really struggling with at the moment is keeping my cal count down. I don’t feel like I’m eating much but it must be the wrong things bc my cals are going up quickly. But, I’m not hungry either. Maybe I just need to adjust quantities.
