stuck here between 147 and 149.
i am not working extremely hard at losing. but I cut back on calories and fat, and increased my exercise...somewhat. I think I was looking for a miracle.

if you hit a plateau it may be more beneficial to actually increase your water, fiber, and sleep for a while. While increasing your calories expended which means you probably increase your calories by about 200 by eating something small and nutritionally dense, maybe an apple with some peanut butter or maybe goat cheese frittata with some veggies etc just a small stack with a decent nutritional profile that increases your fiber with some protein to go with your increased exercise while increasing your water and sleep. This should help you to navigate your plateau without stalling your metabolism.

Thanks! I've been trying to get more fiber and I have a list. I don't seem to have a convenient way to follow that list more closely. So then I short change myself. I appreciate your input.
