Ever since we got back together, my weight has been spiking up. I truly don't understand it. The boundaries I set I am reinforcing, enforcing, and not budging on. Ive gotten better about vocalizing what bothers me...he wants our lifestyle to go back the way it was (junk food, long gaming sessions, hardly any exercise) yet that is NOT the lifestyle I want to lead. 2 weeks ago, my arthritis in my knee flared, I quit my ADHD meds, then I was sick for another week...now I'm here. closer to 195 then 185 now. part of me enjoyed the break from my diligent routine that didn't allow room for fun, part of me regrets erasing my hard work by being too sedentary and careless.

THE PLAN: I'm back to food planning to start: 1-paying attention to calories total instead of burned to remain in deficit. 2- keep fat% of calories under 40%. 3-walk on treadmill today (maybe once my tattoo on my thigh heals a lil more I'll weightlift when I take off the dermatag thingy) 4- just survive... ☕
