Up a little over this week, but ending still at goal. I'll take it. May go up for a hike today. Happy Sunday everyone!

It was nice. moko. Very lovely. We walked down a drainage filled with aspens. Although most are past peak, there are still a lot of patches that are still brilliant yellow. Was tired, though, to the point where I just wanted to drop on the trail. Not sure what's going on with me. Might be lingering effects from the Covid shot, might be a change in meds I made recently.

Oh no! I hope you figure out why you’re feeling off. Maybe just needing some time adjusting to new meds like you suggest. Sounds like a beautiful day nonetheless!

It was gorgeous, moko, thanks! 😀 The fatigue and aches seem to be wearing off. Think it was just a longer than usual immunization side effect, so no biggie

don't sweat the small stuff. those scales drive me bonkers 🤣 if you didn't over eat your good! my weight can fluctuate 3 pound up and down just from water even when I'm fasting.

Thanks, jenjabba 😊 I really don't sweat it. I weigh every day, but keep a rolling 7-day average to smooth out fluctuations, and I only record it here on Sundays. My goal was 130, so as long as the average stays within a pound of that, it's fine. As far as I'm concerned, the scale is merely data to use moving forward. Doesn't make my day or ruin my day, but does inform decisions. And it's never any indication of my worth as a person 😉
