Today was actually my birthday, and also the day I hit my goal weight of 125!!! Really. Nine months and 3 days. I am still totally amazed because long, long ago I had completely resolved myself into accepting a LIFE LONG sentence of being 100+ overweight. Now, my diabetes is nearly in remission, and high blood pressure and cholesterol are now normal. I feel so good almost all of the time, that instead of telling people that I am 56, I think I'll just say "I feel about 30 or so..." :D
