If youre not eating enough food and drinking enough water, youre body could be in “shut down” mode , trying to save whatever youre giving it…. Try not eat under 1500 calories a day x

dear, you need to work on the intestinal flora 🙌🏽 with high probability there is imbalance of good and bad bacteria .. if you take probiotics before working on it, it might get even worse or give you just short term result but then it gets back

So how do I work on my intestinal flora? Google not helpful...so much contradictory info. Probiotic already taken. And PS. I have Graves Disease - just in case that changes the advice... the shut down mode scared me I averaged 1200-1400 Calories a day

Hi Jade, it’s long work on digestion and microflora [ at least 2-3] it requires speacial food protocol where some type of food should be removed on that time, some special supplements to help on each stage and at the end probiotics, so it’s like 3 stages there, I work with it like nutritionist, if you are interested you can email me and we can discuss : lookkursk@gmail.com

Hey Ladies came from doc today and thought I would share- was just imbalance in gut caused by the antibiotics and my chronic Graves meds mixing :) Back on track and still doing probiotics! Thanks again for all your support and advice! Much Love!
