PMS can really make dieting hard! The weight gain that comes with it doesnt help one's esteem much either. I usually avoid a scale during my PMS and cycle so that I don't get discouraged. But I am going to suck it up for this challenge! I am going to start of the 30 Day Shred dvd this morning. I am thinking that until my little brother goes back to school, I will use this dvd in the morning, and the 10 minute trainer in the afternoon until I can start going to classes at the gym. I simply can't favor working out from home since I work from home and I am home in the eve with children. I just need my work out to be my escape time. I have signed up for a challenge for both dvd's. I am thinking that my stubborn side will help me stick to the challenges so I felt like I have proved my point. Hopefully this will do the trick! Excited! Happy that I found this site and it has only been day 2.
