I started the shakes yesterday. I had 14oz of coffee with 4 tsp of sugar and a splash of cream (nonsweetened). Went for a jog, Jogged 4 minutes then walked 2 minutes, stopped and had a glass of water at my mom's then walked 9 minutes home. I had my shake, drank water through the day, made a large can of Albacore tuna w 3TBSP mustard, onions, dill relish, 1/8 C shredded cheddar cheese, and 1tsp of mayo, ate only one C of that and 3 TBSP of low fat cottage cheese. Had a shake for dinner, and nibbled at sthe supper I cooked for the faamily to make sure it wasn't too spicy or lacking seasoning.
