I really have not been recording my progress.
It's been a struggle and now with menapause looming, my exercise is strictly cardio.
I'm getting now with age the weight is much of a task to shed than when you are in
Your 30's. I'm 47 and never thought I would have weight problems.
It's discouraging when you weigh in and see no change. I have a daily exercise routine first thing in the morning.
Go home and clean house. My day is filled with teenage girls and have a daughter
About to enter her Senior year of High School. Stress is a demon to weight loss.
It's a up hill battle, but I can do this! With alittle push and extra motivation from forums on this site.
