I’ve been absent for a few months: started university after my gap year; had a relationship break down; and lost my lovely, lovely dog of 10 years. So a LOT has been going on.
Want to get back in control of my weight loss to help myself feel better. I’m 2kg up since summer, but not being too hard on myself after everything I’ve been through.
Would like to be back at 64kg by the end of January!
