Well my doctor is telling me the arthritis in my hip is severe. She is recommending the scraping surgery or hip replacement! But before we do any of that she prescribed a strong anti-inflammatory pain med first. She also referred me to am ortho surgeon.
I'm still trying to stay focused on weight loss and exercising to the best of my ability.

I had a knee replacement a number of years ago, best choice I ever made! prior to the surgery both knees had been getting really bad. Got the right knee done because it had been bad longer. After the surgery my left knee did better too because I was no longer having to favor the right knee and stressing out the left knee!
