I’ve been able to stay at or below 1627 calories each day except yesterday because, we had chipotle for dinner and, I wasn’t compromising on what I wanted to eat. I also have cut out sweets and managed to eat 100+ grams of protein a day. I need to add in exercise but I am feeling completely unmotivated.
