I'm still not recording weight. I did a checkin for myself yesterday, but everything is 'off'. I went into the ER Mon. after a weekend of stomach pain , I started to have a fever. Turned out to be diverticulitis, which I've never experienced (thankfully), until recently. So incredibly painful! So, I've been on a liquid diet, mostly water, tea, and Jello. I suspect my calorie intake is low. For a while, it's going to be 'opposite' my normal diet (low fiber) so as not to tax my digestive system. :-( I'll keep logging calories and foods, but it's not going to look 'healthy' because, frankly, it's not! But it is necessary to avoid another flare-up. I hope whatever you are doing is working for you. I am going to struggle not having my oatmeal, nuts, granola, fruits etc. but health comes first and I'll get through this. Not a setback, just a minor re-direct. :-)
