pregnancy wk5d6: i think i will start to weigh myself every monday (new week) instead of everyday. its messing with my psyche and im super scared of gaining 100 lbs again, like i did with my last pregnancy... its going to be hard not to weigh daily, im so used to it!
yesterday: treadmill ✓
today: pilates
tomorrow: weightlifting
94,8 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 0 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 0 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.

Congratulations on your pregnancy 🫄. Working out a bit helps with labor or so I’ve heard. They the 3rd baby just “pops” right out! Lol

My 1st i was super stressed, my sons bio dad was a professionally diagnosed sociopath narcissist, i walked to alot, had 13 hr labor. Didnt need epidural. Gained maybe 30 lbs My 2nd i was able to relax as much as i could. Polar opposites of my 1st. Was able to be a stay at home mom for most of my pregnancy. Did lil to no exercise, had a nearly 31 hr labor with epidural. Gained 100 lbs I think you are on to something, stormsgirl.
