that's 2.9 kg in 12 days. I was targeting -3kg by this morning and looking forward to beer n pizza this weekend. suppose I'll just have to blame my wife (home made banana bread and blueberry cake is irresistible).
New plan is less beer, no pizza and -4 by next Friday.
