I've hit a stall. Hoping a few days off work, focusing on nutrition and hydration, and getting my butt to the gym make the difference. If I'm not under 200 by Thursday, I'm going to increase my Mounjaro dose (with doctor's ok of course!) and see if that doesn't do the trick.
