Happy Tues. FS Peeps! I'm up a little today, and okay w/that. Hello Fresh sent me a 'free' pecan pie pie, and my schedule was way off so I'm not stressing. I have all sorts of good food in the house so it's a matter of getting on this app and figuring out what works calorie wise? I still need to plan breakfast. Do you all do that? Plan what you're going to eat based on the food tracker and macros (or what I know my next meal will be). Sometimes when I know dinner is Hello Fresh I 'back into' what my day should look like based on that.
I have also realized over time that there are some things I will not compromise on ingredient wise example, mayo! There is a time and a place to accept alternatives but I refuse to eat that weird tasting low-fat stuff. I will compromise in other places! Yesterday I had a nice chicken salad with chicken breast, celery, curry, granny smith (I sometimes put in red grapes instead of apple), yes real mayo! I had a couple of lettuce leaves I used as wraps but it really wasn't necessary. Generally Monday was a good day...and I got pecan pie...so there's that! :-) Have a great day!
