I'll take it because at least steady isn't up. 🙂 Still working at consistently logging, regardless of the crazy schedule this semester and weird illness this past week. Doing better, but it is hard when I'm feeling like I was beaten up by a bus full of angry toddlers. 🤧🤒🤢 This past week I did great with IF, though , which is bringing some really surprising neurological benefits to help combat the cognitive issues that have been making life a challenge. And 5 of the past 7 days were in a calorie deficit, so that's good. 👍 Onward and upward!
