Still 0.4 lbs away from my next goal of 10.5 stone. I've managed my goals on the whole but this week I want to try sticking under my calories, not eating any treats and actually managing exercise evey day. I won't beet myself up if I don't manage it though, with my exam in just over 1 week that will be my main priority. I know I will not reach those goals today as I'm going to study in costa today away from tbe distractions of my tv, or tidying or cooking or all those things that are always more appealing than study lol. I will try to choose as healthy as I can in costa.
