Good morning!
Taking a walk later in the day as I have a busy morning filled with kids to tutor.
Tomorrow I go to the dr for my phyiscal and can't wait to get weighed! LOL!
Lost another lb which is great!!

What a change in thought. I know how much higher the Dr.'s scale always is but they will be suprised to see your weight loss. Good job on the one more pound.
