I'm eating a bit less probably because I'm under the weather. Started out with soreness around my hips and glutes, shrank to my right glute, thought I was making progress, then my neck and shoulders got all locked up. I've been trying to stretch it out and taking some ibuprofen, hopefully there will be some relief there. I really don't like to take too many meds. At least a little weight was lost!
