Not sure why progress is slowing down. I thought if I took in less calories, it would help with weight loss....but I'm not seeing much improvement.
58,7 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 13,8 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 5,2 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.
Perdant 3,2 kg par Semaine

Hey there! Don't get discouraged! Any progress is amazing. Also, I checked your diet calendar. Logging all your food really helps you keep track of not only calories, but if you're getting enough protein, eating a lot of sneaky sugars or salt, etc. It might seem like kind of a pain, but the app makes it easy and it becomes second nature pretty quickly.

As you get closer to goal, weight loss naturally slows down. You have less fat on your body, so it's harder to get off. As long as it's coming off, you are doing fine.
