I am not back to my usual energetic self this week! 😩 I haven't been feeling good since Tuesday. I planned on having a four day workout week instead of a five this week. Well I had to skip Tuesday due to abdominal pain so make it a three day week! On Wednesday I left work for the same reason and I got a headache last night. I still managed to get my third work out in for the week. Today I am feeling okay so far. Today and tomorrow are my rest days and I really want to be at 100% for my next week of workouts which start on Saturday. I'm very sensitive to my hormones in this part of my cycle and I usually get nausea/migraines for 2-3 days. The pap I had on Monday definitely didn't help things. I should always try to make these days in my cycle rest days so that I don't have to make myself do a workout when I'm feeling so crummy.
