April, so far Plateauing a little at the moment. Sticking to my daily intake of 1,100 calories on average, down from 1250 last month (March) stepped up my walking to every day, 30 minutes or one hour, and two hours at the weekend. Done this for almost two weeks (on Thursday 18th April)
Busy with going out delivering POS brochures this week, so a lot more movement going on.
