Last night.
I had had a bigger dinner than usual, plus I could feel some causes of temporary gain since the last weigh-in, plus it was night. I highly doubt these 3 lbs were permanent. I will check again tomorrow, the day after, and so on. I can get away with weighing myself daily because I don’t even know where the scale is yet, where I moved (haven’t done it in a week).
