Well am back everyone hope your all good🙏🏻it's been a while. So i'd done really well going from around 88.4kg to 79.1 kg with almost 10kg (just short of 1.5 stone in 14 months of hard work) off 495 days ago (16 months) and kept it there albeit been up and down a pound or 2 from week to week but was happy at that😁 But since Xmas gone and getting back from 6 weeks in Australia 🇦🇺 and Bali (1st of April 24) i'd piled it all back on to around my original weight of 88kg again 😭 So am back on here and back at it... Already doing quite well (my 1st journal recording) and down to 84.5kg already so onwards and upwards here on in. 💙❤️
