Thanks for the encouragement! I went all day and stayed under my calorie goal and still ate when I was hungry but just substituted the sugary snacks for fruits and veg and added some good protien in the mix like hard boiled eggs and unsalted raw almonds. Started this morning feeling ok not starved avoided the midnight snack of peanut butter and honey sandwich. Started out today with some Greek yogurt and boiled eggs and lots of water. Had creamer in my first cup of coffee but 2cnd cup black....
