Yesterday morning.

I don’t even want to know what I weigh now after my bad days finally, probably added up…yes I have eaten far worse and still taken months to gain a pound, but I was very active when I could do that, and now…a tough week with activity too. Still, you can only do so much damage in a short time.

You obviously have used a lot of self control in the past as your weight starting out isn't too bad.

Thank you!!! Yes, I used to weigh 120, get 20,000 + steps in 100-degree heat plus yard work and lifting light weights, but lifting them consistently plus tons of rep. As much as it sounds wrong, that having a severe overeating issue *at worst, briefly,* helped me nip it in the bud—rapid weight gain, very rapid, can scare a person into nipping it in the bud!!!
