I'm getting a bit desperate. I've resorted to using diet drinks for breakfast & eating my usual sensible meals for lunch & dinner. It's obviously working since I didn't get to do pool therapy either Tuesday or Thursday due to Dr's appt's & still lost 1 lb. The Atkins shakes are by far the best that I've seen for both calories & carbs, so this is what I'm using. Gotta go, Hubs has an early appt for lung test in the "Big City" (Grants Pass). I drink the adkins shakes too dark chocolate royale or Cafe latte are my preference. I cannot stand the vanilla.

Costco has Premier Protein shakes in Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry. The chocolate is WONDERFUL!! It only had 2 net carbs. I don't know about the Atkins, but you might look into these. Have a great day!

Good job on the loss - do what you need to do to get results. Sounds like overall you're being healthy. Hope things go well with your husband's lung test.

You need to learn how to eat again. Don't do diet drink or protein drinks they are temporary. Learn to eat better. Not starve yourself. Trust me. Eat clean. Cardio excercise no matter how much it hurts after a month you will see results.
