I am so hungry. I'm going to eat an additional hundred calories. hunger like this could lead to weight loss but it could also make my body think it's starving and be counterproductive. instead of eating a horse, I'll try a moderate snack though it puts me over. I'm curious to see what I really weigh tomorrow. hopefully I haven't gained.
