I went on a trip to So Cal. The trip did not turn out the way I expected it to. Our hotel ended up being in a horrible area. I was expecting more of a beach town relaxed feel. So I was stuck eating with whatever was nearby. Sadly, no healthy restaurants were in those options. So I sadly gained 3.2 lbs back! Also during the trip the valet scraped the side of my car, and I had fraudulent charges made on my account! So I was just in a horrible mood when I came back and just ate whatever junk I could get my hands on yesterday. BUT, I won't continue on this road. I am going to keep my head up and get back on track. My insurance will take care of my car, and my bank is going to back me up 100% and give me back the money I lost. So I am going to not eat my emotions!
