so hungry, went over by 900, and wasn't really active. talk about empty calories! What to do about going over? What to do about this hunger? Too strict or too lax is destined to fail. hard to be faced with such temptation. I admit without counting calories I'd have eaten quite a bit more, especially by having seconds of meal foods, far fewer fruits & veggies, and I'd have had one (or three) of those Danish things by now. social situation. lots of yummy food around. fortunately many choices that are not completely empty calories.
