Really feeling a lot of power again today. It has to be the week of rest I think...still not 100% sure. It's also probably because I'm in a lean gain again. I'm not trying to!! I cannot deny that I am really happy with how I look right now despite what the scale says. I am honestly afraid of cutting but I'm going to have to do it eventually. I've just had such an unhealthy relationship with my weight that I'm afraid I'll seep back into another bad pattern. I know better now and I'm going to do this right this time!
