was at 160 on Sunday... Aaand Monday.

So that's my real weight. I gained a bit of water retention from pigging out for 2 days but at most this would be responsible for the gaining of 1 lbs. So I am eating better avoiding sugar for now till I get back to 160. I am also resting my body because it actually is tired from the waist down from all the swimming exercises. So by the end of the week, I'll be ready to push it down under 160 if that's what I want to do. But it will also coincide with my boyfriend going on a work trip and I do tend to spoil myself more when I'm alone at home. To help keep bad feelings at bay in these trying times. So we'll see.

I also stopped drinking for about a month or so now, but got a box of Whiteclaws that cost 44$ recently... ouch. And every single time I have just 1 white claw, I get a headache for the rest of the day... and I tend to eat more, so I'm noticing the corelation. It would have actually been best to keep buying them individually if need be. So that I don't end up back home with them already in my fridge after a long day....

Difficult to find the balance. It's summer, you see. It's drinking season indeed.
