Went out to eat with family last night and had chicken wings, a chicken chimichanga and a frozen margarita. They were all tasty. I finished the margarita and half the chimichanga. I'll have the chicken plus refried beans and rice for lunch or dinner today. But I feel good that I didn't fill up and keep eating. And that's why the weight is down a bit today.
