Last Monday I was back up at 150 but figured it had to be a fluke but obviously not. I have backslid :( by 2 pounds I need to face that fact..I just don't know what to do to fix it. I haven't overdone the calories or skipped too many workouts....how am I going to fix this?

If it is around ur time of the month it could just be water retention.

As you get closer to goal, it can get tougher to get the pounds off. Dig your heals in and get strict with your diet and writing down all the foods to keep track. Kick up your exercise program too. Up your duration or intensity! Take a new class! Your body get's used to the same things! Change things up! Add more protein and high fiber foods to your diet because they will help you lose the best. Stay the course and good luck!
