One indian and have an increase... and i thought i had ordered the healthier option. 2 poppadoms, dips,, tikka salmon starter., so far not too bad... main seabass, small veg rice included and mixed roasted veg... must admit itbwas swimming in oil... 3 pints of cobra washed it down and gained almost a kilo..shocked and disappointed, a small slide and weight gain. Today i have been very tight with myself. Hopefully back on track.

It's the hidden cals in the dips, poppadoms and the beers. A daily dip on the scale is worth satisfying the craving

Hey Rob, don’t be down on yourself, Takeaways are full of salt, and I’d be surprised if that wasnt a weight gain of just water , give it a few days and weigh again

Hey Jamie, yeah your right. This morning was 106.1 and have been almost good today... did have a pub dinner....but just the two pint and chicken,bacon with avocado salad...hold the bacon. I did get the odd look ..."im sure the bacon makes all the difference "... But last night did not get home till super late and ate gone 11pm...quick bowl soup. So tomorrow morning one is expecting to have to double take.. and step on and off scales a few times to make sure. But would like to see 105 again.. think about 105.7kg would be good. Off back home to stay with me dear old mum for a few days... will be hard to refuse mums cooking and the bottle..couple of bottles of wine as we put the world to rights. I watched a nutrition thing once on tv that said alcohol was ‘liquid fat’. The cobra might be the culprit, but likely it’s water weight from the salt.

Try not to eat late at night. Much more fattening than earlier in the day. I find if I’m hungry late at night if I just clean my teeth and go tobed it passes.
