Okay, I had a big weekend, ate predominantly protein on Saturday, tried to get near 3000 calories, that’s hard to do (for me). Today Sunday the target was 2000 Val’s and predominantly carbs. I got to 1600 odd so that’s close enough 🤣
Mon to Fri it will be a balanced 1500 Val’s per day and the weekly total should ensure I lose unwanted body fat. I’m never hungry on these targets.
Starting tomorrow I’ll reintroduce exercise, I had 2 weeks off due to a back/neck problem. I’ll be walking mostly, plus a bit of ab work.
I’m always tempted to eat less but I keep forcing myself to get close go my weekday totals, the weekends are not really dieting at all.
After a lifetime of dieting, I can swear that for me now at the back end, it’s just regular eating with all the really bad stuff gone.
I use this app because I’m a spreadsheet and data maniac and like the math side if dieting. My diet is more for my brain than my body. 😂🤣😂
