Once again I didn't meet my 'month-end' mini weight loss goal, but at least I didn't gain. My 'month-end' goal remains at 144 by the end if June. Fingers crossed this time. I'm doing a lot of yard work lately, I'm a little surprised that there is no weight loss. Maybe next month.
