I see you've lost some of that weekend weight BigBelle .... I am following a fairly strict plan of a Hi Protien (19g) Lo Carb (1.9g) Whey powder drink with banana, mango, Apple, berries or whatever I fancy at the time .... for breakfast ..... A One egg omelette with bacon bits & about 20gms lite mozzarella cheese for lunch. The whey protein shake again for tea and stewed apples with quinoa and coconut no fat Greek yoghurt with a hot chocolate for supper ..... During the day I'll have a half of a juicy big orange & 20gms of sour cream & onion puffed potato chips for my snacks and it looks like I've nailed It because I am steadily losing 200gms a day without feeling hungry or ripped off because I haven't had any cereal or bread or sugar for 10 days now.
Good luck to everyone else in the challenge ~ I hope you have found your niche and are cruising along comfortably ~ I am looking forward to hearing some tips & tricks & results from some of you other challengees.
