I’ve been on holiday so the deficit went out of the window! Starting again today, properly, and sticking to it. I want to lose 8kg by the end of August, so that is my initial target: 60kg by August 31st. Then I want to be 54kg by the end of 2024. Let’s see how I get on. My meals are pretty healthy, it’s the craving of unhealthy snacks that is the problem :(
