So.....18 days on a cruise ship, then 2 weeks travelling Japan, ate ridiculously, delicious food, home now and need to get my head back in the game; increase my exercise and smaller portions of healthy, nutritious food.

I’m going to Japan in September! I cannot wait for all the yummy goodness. I’ve already warned my husband, we can eat all we want as long as there are zero complaints to all the walking we will be doing😜

Buenita, Morticia, YOH, Diana, you all share such positive comments. I always look forward to your posts. The first picture is a caramel mousse covered in chocolate and the second is fresh honeycomb dripping into the honeypot. I am lucky it was only 3 lbs, we tried to walk everywhere or take the metro.

O thank you for explaining. Caramel mousse bet that was to die for. My dad raised honeybees even tho i was allergic i never got stung by those docile ones and i can remember eating honeycomb straight from the nest. I didnt particularly like or dislike it but think i would try it again now 50 some years later😆
