Boy, it's been forever since I've been on here. I had actually lost some decent weight, even saw 227 on the scale one day.
But then bad choices, stopped exercising, etc... and here I am again, back above 232.
So I'd like to start recording my daily weight again, I think that helps me not to splurge. I don't think I'm ready to record each thing I eat though (except maybe in my messages). I will record my exercise. Goal right now is to get to the gym 3 times a week (Tues, Thur, and Sat), and exercise around the home the other days.
I am adding back in more salad - don't actually love salad, but I did feel the need for more greens in my diet.
My husband and I are making an effort to exercise on the weekend - that's helping, that he wants to as well.
I still would like to get a decent amount of this weight off before I turn 40, so need to ramp up the effort.
