yesterday& recently it's been a challenge to eat the right things in right quantities. I am tempted to eat junk. I also feel myself being a little thinner in my body. I obsess slightly over it. as for my activity tolerance & tendency to sweat like a hog, depleting me of lytes... yesterday I carried a backpack around & I imagined wearing a thirty pound suit. that could make it hotter. it could also be tiring.
