I can't believe I've lost 10# already! I understand it could be 2 years or never till I reach my goal weight, but it's pretty cool that I've made such a change so far. I told myself that as long as I lose 1# a month I should not really seek to change the plan. I realize that at some point I could stop losing weight, even while adhering to the program. at that point I could adapt the plan within reason so as to attempt to reach the goal weight. if I've adapted all I could within reason, then I have to accept that my weight will be what it will be. eventually I'd like to increase my exercise fitness, but I need to focus on the present plan.
