Not real weight gain - just bloated. Grossssss...
Need to do water and <500 calories for a couple of days until my digestive system gets sorted out. I REALLY want to be stable and under 135 in the next two weeks before photo shoot / visiting my best friend in Tucson.
So - lots of water, and two quest bars divvied up throughout the day.
