Im going to start a new diet and exercise routine. I am hoping that syncing the Fitbit and FatSecret accounts will help me stay on track.

I am starting with trying to lose 10 pounds in 2 months (one pound a week). Since I'm finally going to be in one place, for a long time, and back in CA I'm hoping it might be easier...but honestly, all that aside it's just about me not being a fat ass and actually putting in the work to get healthier. I tend to prioritize everything else over myself...and I'm hoping that with the FitBit sync and the relative attempt at being home for awhile, that I can settle in and focus. I'm definitely not going to be doing any sprint tri-athelons...but I'm hoping that I can start with daily 30 minute walking routines... and move on up to Piyo and T-25.
