Im going to start weighing myself on Saturdays instead of Wednesdays. I start back to work soon. I’m formulating meal plans for the week for work. I’m not looking forward to meal prepping on Sundays though. How do you each plan what you’re eating for the week?
Upside: lost 1.4 pounds in a few days. Pretty sure this is due to my uptick in water though, as since being sick, I’ve drank about a gallon of water/tea a day.
