I don't feel I've lost weight since the last official weigh in. In fact I feel like I've gained weight. My body feels really heavy, thick and bloated, and I look pretty awful in my tight tank that I wore so I could match the girls. I have been overeating. I especially overate the day we went to my mom's. I overate because of hunger, because of indulgence in the flavor, and because of emotional stress. I have to remember that it is only dedicated participation in the ongoing process that had the potential to yield results. Subconsciously visible, tangible, or measurable results are the rewards of participation in this difficult process. People want to feel rewarded. Hopefully with patience in the big scheme of wanting to lose 25 more pounds and in the small scheme of wanting to forego that unnecessary extra 100 calories, my patience will eventually produce some kind of result.
