yay! this is good and a relief. the sudden spike must have been a mixture of Tom and too much salt. I'm trying to keep my macros under control - net carbs low, protein not over 70 too often and calories at about 1000 logged leaving room for miscalculation. higher calories only on more active days.

what I find isn't going well is my extended fasting. I prefer to follow the 13.00-19.00 as my minimum fast. Unfortunately due to forced work lunches I'm opening my fasting at around 12.30 and due to my parents being in the house and later dinners at around 8. still within the basic hours but not how I like it. I believe that a few random days of spiking food and adjusting fasting is good to keep the body from hitting too much of a routine but right now I have no routine.

this is leading to increased hunger and cravings. but I'm doing my best...
